Until now your only option has been one-on-one counseling. This traditional system poses at least two major hurdles.
The Information Transformation Paradox
This is the idea that when you are meeting with someone regularly, ideally they are trying to give you information to help you live a more integrated life. This is the part most of us are hungry for. But the truth is, the Information is less important than the Transformation and a lot of the information is widely available, even if it’s hard to find when you don’t know what you’re looking for. Transformation, on the other hand, is the powerful part of the process. These are realizations, paradigm shifts, “aha’s”, etc. And a really good therapist works to create these moments. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make sure all clients have all the basic information to form a common language.

Isolation and Dysfunctional Systems (Black Crab Syndrome)
Whether we initially seek help for individual or joint issues, inevitably we will be the product of dysfunctional systems and also in the center of a dysfunctional system that we have created. Typically what this means is you are battling alone, with a serious lack of high quality mentors and you more than likely have a community that thinks they know more than they do about relational health. You know this because there will be no shortage of advice and opinions when you share what you are learning with them.
Because we believe it is possible to make more progress in less time, we have created an effective solution to address these two major hurdles.
The Program consists of 5 parts – Content, Curriculum, Community, Coaching and Celebration.
