The Process
The Process is where we learn how to get from Loving from a place of Fear to Loving from a place of Freedom. These are the skills you will learn in the M3 Basic Course.
A foundational element of the M3 (Motive Matters Most) Process is learning how to feel our feelings. We tend to think that since we’ve been feeling feelings our entire life we would naturally already be well equipped. As it turns out, we have quite a bit to learn about feeling feelings.
There is a significant connection between how we think and how we feel. For the most part we are almost completely unaware of this natural and automatic process. You will learn how to become more Self Aware so you can learn how to have more Self Control.
Most of us have been taught to find our peace through control. Sadly, we have also been taught to expect that this would be effective. In this course you will learn that we don’t fix things in order to avoid feeling things. The Peace that we are looking for is one that is independent of our circumstances.
Intentional Communication requires us to be familiar with the How, the When and the Why. During our time together you will be surprised to learn that we know a lot less about this than we think. You will also be amazed to see what a difference it makes when we think well before we speak well.
